Deliveries
L4all makes shipments throughout the national territory carried out by CTT - Correios de Portugal, through Registered Mail.
Orders are usually processed within a maximum period of 12 working days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing the shipping code and the link to the CTT website where you can track your order. If you have not received the email (check your SPAM folder).
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the delivery address indicated in the order.
In the event that an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made, your order will be forwarded to the post office in your area of residence. A notification will be left with information on the Post Office where the order will be left, as well as the date from which it can be picked up.
In that case, in order to pick up the order, you must present the notification left by the postman in your mailbox, as well as your identification document.
Your order will remain at the Post Office for 6 working days, after which the order will be returned to L4all.
If the recipient is unable to pick up the order personally, it may be picked up by a third party, provided that the notification is signed in accordance with the recipient's identification document and is accompanied by the document itself.
We recommend that you check the shipping status of your order, on the CTT website, with the code provided by email, in order to prevent it from being returned to L4all for not having carried out its collection within the stipulated period. .
If you do not pick up your order and it is returned to L4all, the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Exchanges
Our products are produced and packaged with the utmost rigor and care, before we ship them so that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, we know that errors and lapses can occur and, therefore, we always need the approval of the layout, by the client.
If you detect any problems or if you are not satisfied with your product, do not hesitate to contact us via email l4allgeral@gmail.com.
We will try to be brief in responding to your email, which will require our utmost attention.
We accept the exchange of products with a manufacturing defect, due to our error in customization and/or damaged or faulty products.
Unfortunately, if the defect in the personalization is due to a spelling error or any other mistake that you have made in filling out the personalization form or checking/approving the layout, we are not responsible for this. By their very nature, personalized products cannot be resold or reused and, for that reason, we cannot assume the damage.
Your exchange and/or withdrawal rights do not apply whenever one of the following circumstances occurs:
For any product that we have made, personalized or customized, specifically for you, and that does not show any personalization error, manufacturing defect or malfunction;
Products returned with signs of use and/or have been damaged due to lack of care by the customer;
Products returned without original packaging;
Defect in personalization due to spelling error (or any other text error) provided to us by the customer;
Non-personalized products that are part of a bundle or group of products. Grouped products that are sold together (such as bundles or groups of products) are considered as a single product, and the same rules for exchanges and returns apply as for any other individual products on the site.
Withdrawal and exchange of non-defective or damaged products.
Requests for exchanges/returns must be made via email l4allgeral@gmail.com, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
The costs associated with exchanges or returns of products without defect or failure, are borne by the customer.
L4all has 30 (thirty) days, after receiving the returns, to refund orders returned due to manufacturing/customization defects.
Returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our facilities. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the products back to us using a service that offers guarantees in case of loss or damage to the product, as we cannot be held responsible if the products are damaged or lost during transit by the chosen distributor. by itself.
The possibility of exchanging non-defective or damaged products, which have not been personalized, depends on the existing stock. If the product is out of stock, we also give you the option of exchanging it for another product, of equal or lesser value, or requesting a refund of its value, within a period of 7 (seven) days after receiving the product.
If you have changed your mind and want to change or even give up purchasing a non-personalized product, please contact us via email l4allgeral@gmail.com , within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the same, informing the order number and the reason for withdrawal.

Reembolsos
Sempre que aplicável, os reembolsos serão efetuados no prazo máximo de 30 dias após a receção e verificação do produto devolvido.
