When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing the shipping code and the link to the CTT website where you can track your order. If you have not received the email (check your SPAM folder).

In the event that an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made, your order will be forwarded to the post office in your area of ​​residence. A notification will be left with information on the Post Office where the order will be left, as well as the date from which it can be picked up.

In that case, in order to pick up the order, you must present the notification left by the postman in the mailbox, as well as your identification document.

Your order will remain at the Post Office for 6 working days, after which the order will be returned to L4all.

Some shipping solutions do not allow tracking of the object's journey, at the customer's request, so not all objects have a shipping code.

Often, the code for sending the object is shared, but you can also be informed of the code by CTT via sms, email or the delivery notice left in your mailbox when it is not possible to deliver the object to the address.
